Kevin Riley,
CEO and Founder:
Kevin Riley is CEO and Founder of Environmental Testing Associates. Kevin assembled
leaders from within the environmental industry and brought together experienced
business professionals to create a company that offers a comprehensive, practical
approach to residential and commercial environmental assessments. ETA offers
indoor air quality, industrial hygiene and safety consulting, and training. Kevin
is also co-founder of American Environmental Group, and the developer and manufacturer
of MOLDX Mold Prevention products, which continues to revolutionize the mold
prevention industry. Mr. Riley is a member of the Indoor Environmental Standards
Organization, American Indoor Air Quality Council, and the Environmental Assessment
Association.
Gregory
S. Saenz, Ph.D., Director of Microbiology:
Dr. Gregory Saenz directed the Microbiology Laboratory
at LA Testing (EMSL Analytical Inc.) South Pasadena from
March 2002 to January 2007. He has experience in fungal,
bacterial, water, Legionella, allergen, and endotoxin
analyses. Greg earned his doctorate in Plant Biology
from the University of California Berkeley. His research
on fungi included the areas of reproductive genetics,
population biology, phylogenetics and evolution. Greg
has conducted post-doctoral research at the University
of New Mexico and with Cornell University in cooperation
with the agribusiness company, Syngenta. He has taught
mycology and has published papers in several peer-reviewed
journals. Greg is a member of the Mycological Society
of America.
Gregory
S. Chudacoff, Esq., Corporate Counsel:
Greg Chudacoff is corporate counsel and co-founder of Environmental Testing Associates.
Greg graduated Pepperdine Law School in 1981 in the top 5% of his graduating
class and was a member of the Law Review. He is a member of the Los Angeles County
Bar Association, Consumers Attorneys of California, and the Consumers Attorneys
Association of Los Angeles. He is an Arbitrator and Mediator for the Los Angeles
Superior court and also serves as a Judge Pro-Tem. Greg combines a background
in business and tort litigation with his expertise in the environmental industry
to provide invaluable assistance for ETA clients.
Greg Whitney, Advisor
Greg Whitney has 20 years experience in the environmental industry. He
is a State of California DOSH Certified Asbestos Consultant, State of California
DHS Lead Inspector/Assessor, California DHS Lead Project Manager, South
Coast Air Quality Management District Certified Permitting Professional,
Registered Environmental Assessor, and a member of the Indoor Environmental
Standards Organization, American Indoor Air Quality Council, and the Environmental
Assessment Association. Mr. Whitney received his Master's in Business Administration
from Pepperdine University in 1988, Certificate in Toxic and Hazardous Materials
Management and Control from UCLA in 1993, and has BA in Economics. Company. In
2003, Greg co-founded American Mold Institute, which is currently doing business
as American Environmental Group. Mr. Whitney is the President and
Founder of GW Environmental Consulting Company.
Dick Peck: Principal and Construction Expert
With 49 years of experience in the construction industry,
Dick Peck carries contractors licenses in both California
and Nevada. Our construction litigation support department
is supervised by Mr. Peck. As an industry leader, he holds seminars for
the State
Contractors Board for the State of Nevada as well as educational seminars
for the cities of Henderson and Las Vegas. Mr. Peck
is recognized for building one
of the largest lath, drywall, painting subcontracting companies in Nevada.
His notable projects range from single family to
large residential communities and
commercial projects which include the San Diego Federal Building and the
La Jolla Veterans hospital. Mr. Peck has served as
President of the Inland Empire Lath
and Plastering Association, Board of Governors for the Western Lath, Plaster
and Drywall Association, and is one of three certified trainers of scaffolding
in the state of Nevada. His experience in the construction industry led
to his development and ICC evaluation for Kratos
Wall
Systems, a revolutionary process
of restoration of failed stucco applications. Dick Peck is the founder
and managing partner of OP Consulting, LLC.
