Mold and Fungal Investigations:
ETA has developed a common sense, practical approach to Mold and Fungal Investigations. Following established guidelines by the Indoor Environmental Standards Organization (IESO), ETA investigates, tests, and provides evaluations and recommendations for the proper removal, control, and/or remediation when necessary.

Asbestos and Lead-based Paint:
ETA’s asbestos and lead-based paint inspectors are certified by the State of California and provide initial testing, abatement project design, abatement management, and monitoring and litigation support. ETA assist clients with the development and implementation of written plans for asbestos and lead containing materials left in the work place. ETA provides required training and employee notifications to insure full OSHA/CAL OSHA compliance.

Radon and Methane Testing:
ETA investigates, tests, and provides evaluations and recommendations for the proper removal, control, and/or remediation when necessary. ETA complies with Federal guidelines which require subsequent/ongoing scheduled testing.

Residential Transactional Investigations:
ETA assists real estate professionals and home buyers in investigating and assessing the indoor air quality of pending transactions. ETA’s investigation provides for visual observations, air and/or surface sampling, surface moisture analysis, time sensitive complete analysis of laboratory results, and written findings and recommendations.

Phase I and II, Environmental Site Assessments:
Environmental Testing Associates specializes in assisting our clients in making informed, qualified decisions, regarding unforeseen liabilities, prior to property acquisitions. Additionally, ETA provides complete testing and analysis of existing conditions of various types of properties including industrial, commercial/retail, residential, as well as land and soil assessments.
